Owner:
a.m. Rodriguez Associates, inc.

This project consists of the renovation and adaptive reuse of the former South Hills High School into a mixed-use community asset. Once completed, the anchor of the project will be a 106 unit senior housing community, which will contain 84 LIHTC units and 22 market rate apartments. The ground floor will house a 7,500 sf YMCA neighborhood fitness center and a 4,500 sf early childhood development center with an outdoor play deck.

The project is supported by the Pennsylvania Housing and Finance Agency and the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh. The building re-use will create natural outdoor spaces for residents and the community and is a registered LEED project with the expectation of achieving LEED GOLD.
