This 59,000-square-foot, 59-unit affordable independent living facility features a central dining room for meal service, a grand entry staircase, a greenhouse, a library, and games and crafts areas.

Designed in Victorian period style
to complement the neighborhood architecture, it was completed in 1999, and received a Best of Seniors Housing Award from the National Association of Home Builders.

Sota Construction Services was chosen to be the project's contractor early in the design development stage, and value-engineered many aspects of the project.

Numerous energy-saving features were included, among them a water source heat pump for the HVAC system, Low E windows, air barrier wrap, and high insulation values throughout.
