In completing this project, Sota Construction Services renovated a 45,000-square-foot former ice manufacturing facility into a dynamic series of artist studios for the developer,

Substantial selective demolition was required, along with structural steel work.

Monumental-sized period style aluminum windows of appropriate proportionwere installed.

All work was completed within strict adherence to standards set by the United States Secretary of the Interior regarding the renovation of buildings of historical significance.
