This new construction project consisted of building a 96-suite extended-stay hotel, complete with a 9,200-square-foot gatehouse that houses meeting rooms and an indoor swimming pool.

The suites are a mixture of efficiency,
1-, and 2-bedroom units with amenities such
as full kitchens and fireplaces.

The project was completed on an extremely tight schedule, with full occupancy of the building achieved 8 1/2 months after the start
of construction.

Sota Construction Services Inc. provided many value engineering solutions to the project including revisions to the emergency lighting, Gatehouse HVAC, and electric metering, that saved the owner thousands of dollars in first cost and in yearly operating cost.
