In completing this project, Sota Construction Services renovated a 45,000 s.f. former ice manufacturing facility into a dynamic series of artist studios. Substantial selective demolition was required, along with structural steel work. Monumental-sized period-style aluminum windows of appropriate proportion were also installed. All work was completed within strict adherence to standards set by the United States Secretary of the Interior regarding the renovation of buildings of historical significance.
