East Liberty Place North

This 77,000 square foot mixed use development will be Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency's first new construction LEED certified project when completed. The building will house 54 units of affordable family housing and 15,000 square feet of commercial space and will be a key element in the continued revitalization of East Liberty.

The building features energy efficient heating and cooling systems, lighting and improved thermal envelope along with many other green features that will keep this affordable housing very affordable
